Gillian Flaherty, M.Ed, LCMHC, brings more than 15 years of psychotherapy experience to Valor Health Solutions. Her work sits at the intersection of evidence-based care, trauma-informed practice, and expanded access to psychedelic medicine.
She began her career supporting adolescents and adults with sexually aggressive behaviors, then helped develop and practice within a maternal wellness program in Charlotte focused on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Those roles strengthened her commitment to compassionate, accountable, and deeply human care.
Since 2019, Gillian has seen the impact of ketamine therapies firsthand. Since 2020, she has helped build psychedelic-assisted care programs that prioritize safety, access, and thoughtful clinical integration.
