Ian Patterson is the Chief Operating Officer of Valor Health Solutions. He leads day-to-day operations, growth strategy, and execution across the clinic’s behavioral health and ketamine therapy services.
Ian brings more than two decades of executive experience across hospitality, real estate, technology, and turnaround leadership. Before joining Valor, he served as Executive Director of Operation Recovery and helped raise more than $12 million to support veterans, first responders, and Afghan allies.
A U.S. Air Force Special Operations Weather and Tactics veteran, Ian brings mission-first discipline and a strong service ethic to his work. At Valor, he focuses on building reliable systems and aligned teams so clinicians can deliver consistent, compassionate care.
