Jon Collette, Chief Technology Officer of Valor Health Solutions, is a veteran-focused technology leader and mental health innovator specializing in secure, tech-enabled behavioral health and ketamine-assisted therapy. With a background in information security and healthcare technology, Jon oversees Valor Health Solutions’ digital infrastructure, patient experience systems, HIPAA-compliant data environments, and the integration of evidence-based tools that support trauma-informed, veteran-centered care.

As Founder and CEO of Operation Recovery, a national nonprofit serving veterans, first responders, and allied families, Jon has led mental health initiatives, crisis response, and large-scale humanitarian operations. His experience building complex support systems and coordinating multi-agency coalitions directly shapes Valor Health Solutions’ mission to deliver accessible, secure, and culturally competent behavioral health and ketamine treatment.
