Jon Collette is the Chief Technology Officer at Valor Health Solutions. He leads digital infrastructure, patient experience systems, and HIPAA-compliant technology that support secure, trauma-informed behavioral health and ketamine therapy care.
Jon’s background spans information security, healthcare technology, and mission-driven operations. He also founded Operation Recovery, a national nonprofit serving veterans, first responders, and allied families through mental health initiatives, crisis response, and humanitarian support.
As an alumnus of the George W. Bush Institute’s Veteran Leadership Program, Jon helps shape broader mental health access and peer-support strategy. He brings a veteran-informed, service-driven approach to building systems that feel clear, reliable, and human.
