Wes Wrather is the Chief Executive Officer of Valor Health Solutions. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across healthcare, military intelligence, and complex operational environments.
A former U.S. Air Force Intelligence Operations Specialist, Wes built his career leading multinational operations before moving into healthcare. He has founded and scaled organizations, led business development for regional healthcare groups, and managed large crisis-response efforts serving thousands of U.S. allies.
At Valor, Wes combines operational discipline with a strong patient-first mindset. His focus is to make advanced mental health care safe, effective, and accessible for the communities the clinic serves.
