If you currently have an active Community Care referral for covered services, you can contact your VA Community Care office
and request that your referral be transferred to Valor Health Solutions.

Under the VA MISSION Act, Veterans can choose an in-network provider that best fits their needs.

2) If you are requesting a new referral

If you’re starting fresh, your next step is to call your VA Community Care office and ask how to initiate a new referral
